Rob, a resident of Crested Butte since 1984, grew up traveling the world as the son of an Air Force Colonel.  Rob has a strong civic commitment in the community.  "You can do or be anything you want in Crested Butte, as long as you don't expect to be paid for it!"  He is currently Vice President of the Board of Directors for The Crested Butte Mountain Theatre. You can still catch him on stage in local productions. He is also interested in history, both locally through his former newspaper column and internationally with a deep interest in the Maya culture.
